Hush

Popsicles, Icicles

Sweet, rasberry popsicle.
Icicle, stinging cold, electrically charged and rushing through my veins
In waves of ultrasound, ultraviolet, ultra cool magnetic forces imagined only by the speaker and the receiver of such unique news,
Fascinated by the tingling little dots dispersing throughout this Being on fire
Eminating strong, sweet, perfumed vibrations invented only for this moment
To shiver from the power of your persona, and suspend the intrigue from
memory,
Still shaking , barely breathing, quietly smiling, blood boiling, terribly trembling, desperately desiring
Your whisper in my ear once more.

OKAY

Okay, so I 'll stick it out...
Put a little more creativity, a little more caring into the Thing.
It's so much harder to find the thrill,
That sense of New,
Okay, so I'll invent it, go through the pain of digging in and out,
Again...
But I don't wanna'...And I think you should know that !
Of course you knew it before I did,
You're no Fun anymore...
Whaddaya' mean I was the one who stopped playing?
Well, I guess I was first, afterall.

Janie said she'd play. But, it won't be the same game.
That much is sure.
Of course I am playing Hide and Seek again.
It's always been my favorite game.
Hers too, that's what makes us dangerous...

Okay, Okay...then the green light is on for just a little longer
But, please don't bug me because I'm IT.

The River

Man, I think it's You...You're the Dealer,
The One holding the cards...
You're just as Stubborn as Ever before,
What a Tease, pretending I had anything to do with the Score.
The Game and the Players were Okay
It was just You and those damn Hearts ...
I should have gone to Beale Street, instead of Beacon.
That's where They put the cards in Stax.
